TRUST and DOUBT Benches

The Project
The "TRUST and DOUBT Benches" are a public art project conceived and executed by Linda Hesh. They are two six foot benches currently installed in Baltimore, Maryland until May 2010 at West Mt. Royal St. near Oliver, in the park next to the Lyric Opera House. People passing by are invited to participate in the art work by sitting on the bench of their choice and posing for a
photograph. Images can be uploaded to an online gallery and what you TRUST or DOUBT will be written underneath as a caption.

Artscape Photographs
If you were photographed at Artscape as part of this project, you can see your picture by clicking on the link below for the Online Gallery. If you expected to see your portrait in the gallery and it's not there, please email me lindahesh at verizon.net.
Thank you all for your participation!

Taking Your Own Picture

Be careful to not sit in front of the word!
We need to see the word so the caption makes sense.

If you want your own photograph on the bench in an online gallery with what you TRUST or DOUBT as a caption:

Your photograph should be a jpeg and not be larger than 1MB. Another way to measure this is shouldn't be larger than
21" x 14" at 72 dpi (same as 1500 px wide or 5" x 3.3" at 300 dpi).

Email your photograph as an attachment to Linda Hesh and be sure to write what you TRUST or DOUBT so she can put that under the image. Please limit your TRUST or DOUBT to a couple of words - no more than 20 letters. Include you name in the email.
Your participation is your agreement to be in the online gallery. Your image will not be displayed anywhere else.
